When you
list as a Supplier, "After a Quote" gives the following benefits for you:
- You
get names and contact details of Customers looking for your service
- You
choose the areas in which you want to service and you have Full Control over
to change those areas at any time
- You
only pay for leads sent to you, in other words, you don't pay for something
not knowing what response you will get, like conventional advertising
- You
can change your Status to "Not Available" when you are snowed under or want
to go on holiday.
- You
will then not receive any referrals and will not have to pay
- You
get your messages sent via email and / or SMS. It frees you up to do your
work, so you don't have to take calls when you are busy.

can buy any jobs listed on the Notice Board that have not as yet been
allocated to any particular supplier

our suppliers to:
- Respond to Customer requests as soon as possible, hopefully within
hours, but within two business days at the most, to arrange a time to meet
with them
- Provide an honest service
- Keep customer information confidential & only use it to contact them
regarding their request for a quote

the steps in becoming a Supplier?

and return it with your account payment deposit
- We will then activate your account if the application is approved
How does
payment system work?
"After a
Quote"
is a pre-paid service. Money gets deducted off your account balance for each
referral sent to you.
Once
approved as a supplier, you have to pay a listing fee plus the first amount to
top-up your account.
When your
balance reaches below $50, you will receive an email and / or SMS informing you
to top-up again. When it reaches $0, your Status will change and you will not
receive any further referrals until you make another payment.
Top-up amounts can be done any time with a minimum amount of $100 being
deposited.
How do I
specify my service area?
"After A
Quote"
uses postcodes to identify service areas. You can add or delete postcodes to
the list of areas you want to service at any time.
When a customer looks for a service in a specific area, all suppliers listed in
that area will be considered. Read more about the selection process in
"How does the selection process work? -which suppliers receive the referral".
Customer
Rating "After A
Quote"
emails a Supplier Rating Sheet to customers. This gives them the opportunity to
rate the services they received from you. All suppliers start with a 100%
rating. The time it took to respond to the request for a quote is the most
important element to be rated. This is the time it takes you to make the FIRST
contact with the customer. Anything over two business days will result in a
lower rating.
How does
the selection process work -which suppliers receive the referral?
The number of quotes required is selected by the customer when the quote request
is placed. The default number is 5. If there are no suppliers in the area
specified by the customer then the quote request is placed on the notice board
where suppliers outside the requested area may buy the lead using their account
credit.
If more
than five suppliers operate in the same area, those with the highest rating will
be selected first, then those who are based closest to the customer. (Suppliers
who mark themselves 'Not Available' or have no funds in their account
will not be considered).
What is
the Notice Board and How Does it Work?
The
Notice Board is simply a way of allowing Suppliers from outside a specific area
to buy leads for quotes where there is either no or insufficient suppliers to
meet a customers needs. Any jobs that are unfilled will be placed on the board
for registered suppliers to buy until the number of quotes specified by the
customer is met.
